*Return and Refund Policy*
At Jewelfort, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our products and aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Return Policy (2 Days)
We offer a 2-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, invoices, and certificates (if any).
Returns are accepted only in cases of:
Damaged or defective product received.
Wrong item shipped.
Major quality issues as validated by our team.
Customized or personalized jewelry is not eligible for return unless it is received in damaged condition.
How to Request a Return:
Email us at kattasuyash@yahoo.com within 2 days of receiving the product.
Include your order number, pictures of the product, and reason for return.
Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or ask you to ship it back to our return address.
2. Refund Policy (7 Days)
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited within 7 business days to the original payment method.
In case of COD orders, we will issue the refund to your preferred UPI/bank account after verification.
Refunds will not be issued if:
The returned product is used or damaged after delivery.
The return was initiated after the 2-day window.
The product is a part of a non-returnable or custom-made category.
3. Exchange Policy
Approved Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 3-15 Business days.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
